Synthetic Foam Strips

A sterile bone graft composed of highly purifiedfibrillar Type I bovine collagen and resorbable 60% hydroxyapatite and 40%tricalcium phosphate granules. It functions as an osteogenic stimulus, to whichthe patient’s bone marrow can be added, prior to implantation.

AlexiFuse synthetic foam strips are safe physician’s choice with excellent biocompatibility. After AlexiFuse synthetic foam strips are implanted, they are resorbed and gradually replaced by the remodeling of natural bone. Synthetic Foam Putty

AlexiFuse Synthetic foam putty is a neutral pH bone putty that contains biocompatible calcium salts that have been used for decades in orthopedic surgery. These materials are often used to provide an additional source of bone to help the patient heal faster.  

The chemistry and microstructure is formulated to enhance bone regeneration, provide optimal osteo-conduction, and reduce the time for the bone to regain its full health. AlexiFuse Synthetic foam putty is formulated to setup quickly with marginal exothermic reaction (less than 4°C).
